Nick passed away on June 8th 2009, he just turned 92.

Funeral Services were as follows:

Visitation: Friday June 12 from 4 – 9pm, prayers at 7 pm

Location:   Mercers – 1541 E. Thomas (15 th St & Thomas on the south side of Thomas)

Church Services – 10 am Saturday

Location: St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 44 th Street & McKinnley (South of Thomas across from the Chinese Cultural Center

Donald Johnson

Don's wife, Patricia, (and their daughters) have asked Peoria #31 to hold Masonic Funeral Services for Don at 1 pm on Monday, March 16, 2009 at the Peoria #31 Lodge.   This is very short notice, but it would be nice if as many members as possible could attend the service for Don.  Burial services will be held in Minnesota.

In addition, I thought it would be very much appreciated if those attending could help take some of the burden off of Patricia's shoulders if attendees would bring finger foods of some sort for after the services.  Some suggestions are:  meats & cheeses tray, dinner rolls, vegetable tray, snack foods, cookies, nuts, and such.

Ray was initiated, passed and raised in Peoria Lodge  2-9-82, 3-30-82,
5-11-82

He served W.M. in Peoria  and Glendale Lodges

He was born 12-31-1935 in Weiser, Idaho.

Brother Jim Jervis

Was born Feb 17, 1928 and passed away September 2, 2008.

He received his degrees in St Paul's Lodge No. 500, IL

MM 23 May 1962
Affiliated with Peoria Lodge 05 December 2002 where he earned Distinction at Alta Loma School as the "Bully Buster" and as Peoria 31 "Mason of the Year"


Services were held at Best Funeral Home on Monday 8 2008, September at 11 am.

He was interned at the National Military Cemetary after the Church Services.

Brother Eddie Orleans (Sam Isaac)

Eddie was Born on October 18 1930 and Passed away on May 20 2008. He was initiated into Decalouge Lodge #160 in Skokie Illinois on August 12 1952, passed September 9 1952 and raised on 10ctober 28 1952. His family is taking him home to Illinois for the funeral services. A Masonic Memorial service will be held for him at Peoria 31, TBA.

Brother Erwin McGuire

Erwin was born May 22 1916. Initiated May 16 1960, passed November 29 1960 and raised April 15 1961. He was a member of Hassayampa Lodge prior to the merger in 2005. He is survived by his wife Ena in Morristown AZ. Services will be held 24 May 2008 at 1130 am.

The Memorial Service/Eastern Star Service was held on Saturday,  October 13th at the Payson Masonic Lodge on 200 E. Rancho. Rd,  in Payson.   There was a  Celebration of Life for Bob  at Eileen's afterwards.

WB Cliff Hill Sr

Past Master of Peoria 31 in 1976

there will be a Memorial Service for W.B. Cliff Hill Past Master of Peoria Lodge. The service will be Jan 7, 2007 at 3pm at Acacia Lodge. The service will joint service of the O.E.S. Chapter and Acacia Lodge.

WB Marvin Wayne Dobson

To be said, Marvin was a loving Husband & Father, a Veteran, a photographer, an animal trainer, a student scholar & professor of history, a teacher & a friend. As a Mason; a Past Master, a ritualist, a mentor, a Deputy Grand Lecturer, KCCH. In either venue, a man truly deserving of the title "A Worshipful Brother."

Funeral services were held at Peoria Lodge 31 on Saturday 01 July.  Heartfelt thanks to those that paid their respects to Marv his wife Ellen & their family and many, many friends who will all miss him.

was called from Labor to Refreshment for the last time by the Great Architect of the Universe on the afternoon of December 18th.  A memorial service is planned to be held at Sun City Fellowship Center 18810 N. 107th Ave (107th Avenue north of Union Hills)
